摘要
阐述了目前山区农业科技成果技术转移存在供需矛盾和信息不对称现象的现状,分析了山区自然环境、宏观政策、产业结构、供给、中介、需求及体制方面的制约因素,并针对以上制约因素提出了完善山区农业科技成果技术转移体系的对策。
The status of imbalance between supply and demand and information asymmetry in current agricultural science and technology achievements technology transfer in mountain areas is introduced.The restricting factors in nature environment,macro policies,industry structures,supply,intermediary,demand and system are analyzed.The countermeasures of perfecting agricultural science and technology achievements technology transfer system are proposed.
