摘要
目的:探讨薯蓣皂苷对大鼠心肌缺血再灌所致血小板活化的影响。方法:流式细胞术检测血浆P-选择素(CD62p)、溶酶体颗粒糖蛋白(CD63)表达百分率,ELISA法测定血浆的血小板活化因子(PAF)浓度。结果:与正常组对照,缺血再灌注组CD62p、CD63和PAF表达增加,薯蓣皂苷预处理的两组较缺血再灌注组显著下降。结论:薯蓣皂苷能抑制缺血再灌注损伤期间的血小板活化,从而减少血栓形成,保护心肌。
Objective: To study the effect of dioscin on platelet activation with myocardial ischemiareperfusion(MIR)injury in rats. Methods: Expression of CD62p, CD3 were measured by FCM and PAF with ELISA. Results: Compared to the control group,the MIR group had significantly higher level of CD62p, CD63 and PAF in plasma, and both of the groups pretreated by dioscin had lower CD62p, CD63 and PAF level than the MIR group. Conclusion: Dioscin could inhibite the platelet activation, abate the thrombosis, hence protect myocardium from MIR.
