摘要
目的:探讨白内障合并糖尿病患者血清及房水中的血管内皮生长因子(vascular endochelial growth factor,VEGF),肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)的水平及其与眼底病变程度相关性。方法:测定60例白内障合并糖尿病患者(术后眼底检查分为A,B,C组)及20例正常对照组D组VEGF,TNF-α的水平。结果:房水中VEGF,TNF-α浓度均呈明显同向增高趋势。房水VEGF与TNF-α二者有显著正相关性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清中的TNF-α浓度呈明显增高的趋势(P<0.05),但血清中VEGF水平在C组与B组无明显差异(P>0.05),在C组中的VEGF与TNF-α无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:白内障合并糖尿病患者血清及房水中的VEGF,TNF-α的水平与糖尿病病情进展到单纯型糖尿病性视网膜病变期一致,并且VEGF,TNF-α之间有相关性。但当白内障合并糖尿病病情发展到增生性糖尿病视网膜病变期时血清及房水中的TNF-α水平变化一致,但血清及房水中的VEGF水平变化并不一致。
AIM： To discuss the VEGF（vascular endothelial growth factor）, TNF-α（tumor necrosis factor-a） level in serum and aqueous of cataract patients with diabetes. To study and estimate whether the preoperative VEGF, TNF-α level in serum of cataract patients with diabetes is related to the degree of fundus lesion. METHODS： Determine the VEGF, TNF-α level of 60 cataract patients with diabetes（divide into A, B, C groups by the fundus examination after operations） and 20 normal control group-D group＇s VEGF, TNF-α level. RESULTS： The VEGF and TNF-α level in aqueous have a tendency of obviously increasing in the same direction. The VEGF and TNF-α level in aqueous are correlated positively obviously, differences have statistical significance（P〈0.05）. TNF-α level in serum have a tendency of obviously increasing（ P〈 0.05）, but TNF-α level in serum is not different（P〉0.05） in C and B group, The VEGF and TNF-α level are not correlated（ P〉 0.05） in C group. CONCLUSION： The VEGF, TNF-α level in serum and aqueous of cataract patients with diabetes , is consist to the degree of diabetes course in the early stages, are correlative between them. The changes of TNF-α level in serum and aqueous is consistent when the course of cataract patients with diabetes develop to the period of proliferative diabetic retinopathy, the changes of VEGF level in serum and aqueous are not consistent yet.
