摘要
糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)发病机制目前尚不清楚,究竟是血管改变在先还是神经变性在先是长期以来一直争论的问题。本文综述近年来与DR发病机制相关因素的国内外研究进展,并对DR临床治疗提出一些思考。
Mechanism of diabetic retinopathy is still unclear, and it has been long disputed that which happened first, the vascular change or the neurodegeneration. This paper reviews the recent perspectives on mechanism of diabetic retinopathy so as to offer some advice for clinical treatment.
