摘要
JLX水基防塌润滑剂是一种环境可接受的非离子型水基钻井液处理剂,实验室考察了这种防塌润滑剂在粘土颗粒表面上的吸附特性。实验从吸附速度、吸附等温线形状、无机盐种类及氯化钾加量的变化对吸附量的影响等方面,获得了一些规律性的认识,如动态平衡的吸附时间为2h,JLX的吸附量随无机盐加量的增加而增加,吸附等温线形状基本符合Langmuir等温吸附,JLX在水溶液中与KCl复配有利于前者的吸附等。这些认识为进一步研究JLX水基防塌润滑剂的作用机理奠定了基础。
A water-based anti-sloughing lubricant,JLX,is an agent used in environmentally acceptable, non ionic water-based drilling system. The characteristics of adsorption of the JLX on the surface of clay grains are studied in laboratory. Some factors affecting the adsorption power are investigated which include adsorption rate, shape of isothermal curves, kind variation of inorganic salts as well as addition of KCl Conclusions from laboratory tests may establish a basis for researching mechanism of the JLX
