摘要
钻井液用防塌润滑剂FRH是适度分散的沥青经溶剂化并引入多价阳离子盐后形成的沥青类制品。本文对FRH的性能进行了室内评定,介绍了FRH在钻井液中的作用机理及现场应用情况。室内与现场试验结果表明,FRH具有良好的防塌作用和降低泥饼粘滞系数、提高极压膜强度的功能。
The anti-caving/lubricating agent FRH is developed for dri11ing fluids used in directional wells with large inclination and prepared from particulated asphalt, oils, inorganic salt(s)of polyvalent cations,and various surfactants. 5% FRH added to a test drilling mud reduces dispersivity of arenaceous mudstone samples (as standard cuttings in this study) from 33% to 23.6%, lubricity coefficient—by 2.8 times, filtration loss—by 6 times, friction resistance—by 2.4 times, increases extreme pressure film strength by 2.7 times and improves cake quality significantly. The uses of FRH in drilling a troublesome directional well and a well with severe geological complications are described in detail.
