金县1-1油田储层段钻井液体系研究

摘要 针对金县1—1油田储层段地质特点,介绍了钻井液体系应具备的性能。根据钻井液体系应具备的性能,选择聚合醇钻井液体系(PEM)为基液,对其进行改性处理,考察了降滤失剂PAC—LV、生物聚合物 XC 及降失水剂 SMP 用量对钻井液体系性能的影响,确定了最佳钻井液体系配方,即改性 PEM 钻井液体系。对改性 PEM 钻井液体系进行抗温、抗盐污染及抑制性评价,结果表明,该钻井液体系具有良好的抗温、抗污染能力以及优良的润滑性及抑制性,满足了金县1-1油田储层段的钻井要求。 The drilling fluid system with the specific performances was introduced in regard of the geological features of storage - oil stratum of Jingxian 1 - 10ilfield. According to the performance of drilling fluid systern, polyol as drilling fluid system (PEM) was chosen - LV, XC and SMP on the performances of the drilling as the base solution, and modified. The effects of PAC fluid system were studied and the best formula of drilling fluid system( i. e. modified PEM drilling fluid system) was determined. The performances including temperature resistance, salt resistance and inhibition of drilling fluid system were evaluated. The results showed that the drilling fluid system had good temperature resistance, anti - pollution as well as excellent lubricity and inhibition , which met requirements for drilling in Jingxian 1 - 10ilfield storage - oil stratum.
