川白芷香豆素有效部位的气相色谱-质谱分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的对提取分离得到的川白芷香豆素有效部位进行成分研究。方法采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对样品进行分析鉴定,利用面积归一法测定其相对含量。结果气相色谱-质谱联用技术共鉴定出11种香豆素类成分,主要成分为氧化前胡素、欧前胡素、异欧前胡素,其相对含量分别达到10.23%,6.58%和5.16%。结论以上研究可为川白芷香豆素有效部位的临床疗效与所含化学成分的相关性研究提供实验依据。 Objective To analyze the chemical constituents of extraction products from Angelica dahurica ( Fisch. ex Hoffm. ) Benth. et Hook. f.. Methods The chemical constituents were separated and identified by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Results 11 components were identified, and the relative contents were determined by normalization method of area. The contents of oxyimperatorin,imperatorin and isoimperatorin were 10.23%, 6.58% and 5.16%. Conclusion This study pro- vides experimental foundation for relativities of clinical function and chemical constituents of extraction products from Angelica dahurica ( Fisch. ex Hoffm. ) Benth. et Hook. f.
