摘要
目的:研究中药白芷的超临界萃取物的化学成分组成及相对含量。方法:采用气相-质谱联机技术。结果:对萃取物中的60种化学成分进行了鉴定和分析,并测定了相对含量。结论:同传统的水蒸气方法相比,白芷SFE萃取率高达3.6%,且方法温和稳定,能保留药材的所有有效成分。
Objective: To analyze the chemical constituents of supercritical carbon dioxide extraction products of the Radix Angelicae Dahuricae. Method: The capillary GC-MS was used to analyze the samples. Rusult: 60 compounds were identified and their relative contents were determined. Conclusion: Compared with the distillation method, SFE is an efficient and stable method. The percentage of the products extracted by SFE was 3.6%. The results also showed that the products extracted by SFE can reserve all the useful compounds.
