摘要
缺氧诱导因子1α(HIF—1α)是细胞缺氧适应与应答调节的关键因子,在机体生理及病理过程中起关键作用。HIF—1α对肿瘤生物学特性改变的调控成为近年来肿瘤研究的热点之一。生存素Survivin是凋亡抑制蛋白家族的新成员,参与调控细胞的增殖和凋亡。在人类多种恶性肿瘤中,Survivin高表达并提示预后不良。本文HIF—1α和Survivin与乳腺癌的关系研究进展加以综述。
Hypoxia inducible factor-1α ( HIF-1α ) is a key factor of cell hypoxia adaptation and response mediation ,which plays a key role in physiological and pathologic processes, in human. HIF-1α controlling tumor biological characteristics is a hotspot in tumor research. Survivin is a newly identified member of the inhibitor of the inhibitor of apoptosis protein (IAP)family, which can regulate cell proliferation and apoptosis. In human maliglnant tumor,high expression of Survivin suggests poor prognosis. This article reviewed the relationship of HIF-1α and Survivin in human breast cancer.
