摘要
肾细胞癌的缺氧适应与缺氧诱导因子(HIF)有关。HIF是由两个亚单位组成的二聚体,通过作用于靶基因的缺氧反应元件(HRE)调控相关基因的表达,在肾细胞癌血管生成方面起重要作用,进而影响肾细胞癌的增殖和转移。研究HIF与肾细胞癌的关系可为其治疗提供新的思路。
