摘要
以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)、六甲基二硅氧烷(MM)为主要原料,在浓盐酸的催化作用下,合成MQ硅树脂。讨论合成过程中影响MQ硅树脂性能的主要因素,如反应物配比、反应时间、反应温度等。最终确定MQ硅树脂的最佳合成工艺条件:反应时间为3 h,反应温度为60~70℃,正硅酸乙酯、六甲基二硅氧烷、水、乙醇和盐酸(35%重量浓度)的质量比为40/12/8.8/5/2.4。
MQ resin was synthesized by the hydrolysis of tetraethyl orthosilicate and hexamethyldisiloxane under acidic condition. The factors influencing the properties of MQ resin, such as the effects of the ratio of raw material, time of reaction and react temperature etc, were investigated in detail. Finally, the optimum technological parameters of the MQ resin were obtained as time 3 h, temperature 60 -70 ℃, quality proportion of tetraethyl orthosilicate, hexamethyldisiloxane, water, ethanol and hydrochloric acid(weight concentration 35 %) was 40/12/8.8/5/2.4.
