摘要
以硅酸钠、正硅酸乙酯、三甲基乙氧基硅烷为主要原料 ,通过酸性条件下的水解反应 ,制成室温固化的MQ硅树脂。研究了反应物配比对MQ硅树脂固化时间、热分解温度和剪切强度及固化温度对固化速度和剪切强度的影响。结果发现 ,随着n (Me) /n (Si)值 (在 1 6 36~ 0 6 92之间 )的减少 ,MQ硅树脂的固化速度加快、热失重减小、剪切强度增大 ;随着固化温度的提高 ,固化速度加快、剪切强度增大。
MQ silicone resin cured at ambient temperature was synthesized by the hydrolysis of sodium silicate, tetraethoxysilane and trimethylethoxysilane in acidic condition.The effects of the formula ratio of raw materil on the curing time,the thermal loss in weight and the shearing strength,and the curing temperature on cure rate and the shearing strength of MQ silicone resin resin were studied.It was found that the curing speed was increased,the thermal loss in weight decreased,the shearing strength increased as n (Me)/ n (Si) decreased,and the curing speed was faster,the shearing strength increased as the curing temperature raised.
