摘要
以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)、1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷(含氢双封头)、l,3-二乙烯基-l,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷(乙烯基双封头)和苯基三乙氧基硅烷为原料,在盐酸催化作用下合成氢基、乙烯基和苯基封端的MQ树脂。利用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)测定了合成的MQ树脂的分子量及其分布,并与几种市售MQ树脂进行了对比分析。考察了MQ树脂在含氢硅油中的分散性能,并就MQ树脂分子量分布对其分散粒径的影响进行了讨论。
The MQ resins which were terminated by hydrogen,vinyl and phenyl groups were synthesized by TEOS, 1,1,3,3-Tetramethyldisiloxane,1,3-Diethenyl-1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane,and phenyltriethoxysilane as reagents,with hydrochloric acid as catalyst.Their molecular weight and distribution data were determined by Gel Permeation Chromotography(GPC) test and compared with commercial ones.The dispersion behavior of the MQ resin in hydrogen silicone oil was investigated and the effect of the molecular weight of MQ resin on diameter of the dispersed MQ resin was also discussed.
