The excellent results of artificial aging spirits can be achieved by selecting the appropriate type of strong acidification ion exchange resin and treatment condition. When the spirits are catalyzed by E type or B type of resin over a month, it will come to be strong and sweet smell and tasting mellow and soft. The aging of Chinese spirits by strong acidification ion exchange resin can be thought as a new artificial aging way.
