摘要
自动物新鲜血液中提取的血红素为深咖啡色粉状，其中血红素铁含量大于1．0％。以此提取的血红素与中药补血方剂组合制成的补血冲剂经药效试验和初步临床观察，表明具有良好的抗贫血作用，人体推荐剂量为5～15g／d。急慢毒性结果提示，本品LD50大于42．5g／kg，毒性极低。经大面积群体观察和进一步完善可望成为一种高效安全、无毒副作用的抗贫血新药。
Heme was extracted from freshblood and made into powder in black coffee color.The product contained more than 1. 0% iron andwas added to traditional Chinese herbs to makepreparation. Test of pharmacodynamics and firstclinical observation proved that preparation hadbody dose was 5 - 15g/d. Toxicity test showed thatthe product LD50 was over 42. 5g /kg. Toxicity wasvery low. Colory test in larger areas proves thatwith further perfection it is very probable to becomea new medicine to resist to anaemia with high efficicacy and safety.
