摘要
用WXD2S—3型微波干燥机分别对豆角、白萝卜、胡萝卜、马铃薯、苹果、香菇等果蔬原料进行脱水干制试验,发现该机较适用于干燥土豆、白萝卜、苹果等原料,而对其他蔬菜的干制效果较差。在此基础上,进行了3种果蔬适宜切分厚度及适宜干制时间的研究,并且分析探讨了微波干制中出现的问题。
Cowpea,radish,carrot,potato,apple and mushroom were dried by WXD2S--3 microwave drier.The results showed that the drying effect of patato,radish and apple were better than other vegetables.The proper cutting thickness and drying time of these fruit and vegetables were also studied,and the problems that occurred in microwave drying analysised.
