摘要
目的:进一步调动护士长的工作积极性、主动性和创造性。方法:帮助护士长树立威信;对护士长实施情感管理,使其感到温馨;营造促进护士长身心健康的环境氛围;增强护士长的压力承受能力。结果:病人的满意度在原有基础上又有了提高,收到的锦旗、表扬信明显增多,护士长的科研意识进一步增强,实现了护士长获市科技进步奖及申报国家级专利零的突破,发表论文数量明显增多。结论:对护士长实行人性化管理往往会起到事半功倍的作用。
Objective： To arouse the enthusiasm, initiative, and creative of head nurses. Methods： Some humanity management methods were applied, which were to help the head nurses build up their prestige, to apply emotional management, to create environment which was benefit for physical and mental health of head nurses, and to increase their capacity to stand strain. Results： The patients’ satisfaction increased, the silk banner, commendatory letters raised, the study awareness of head nurses was increased. A head nurse won a municipal science and technology advance award. One of the head nurses held a state patent, and the published articles increased. Conclusion： The effect of humanity management to head nurses was good.
