摘要
目的总结血浆置换治疗慢性重型肝炎患者的配合与护理体会。方法近5年来,应用金宝PRISMA型血液净化装置及配套的血浆分离器和管路对13例慢性重型肝炎患者进行32例次血浆置换,对这些患者的配合与护理体会进行回顾性总结。结果血浆置换可有效地治疗慢性重型肝炎,其中8例患者病情稳定好转出院;2例患者成功接受肝移植治疗。应密切观察血浆置换患者的病情变化,强调血管通路的护理,加强生活及饮食指导。结论血浆置换过程中的配合与护理非常重要,以利于患者配合治疗和病情恢复。
The head nurse should establish idea of new--type humanization management, understand and meet nurse＇s rational demands, excite different nurse＇s latent energy and working enthusiasm which means nurses change the idea of “wanting me to do” to “I want to do”. Humanization nursing management can train nurse＇s work style such as careful alone, positive and enterprising, and improve nurse＇s professional skill and nursing quality.
