摘要
农民工在城市建设和经济发展中起着越来越重要的作用,但是,由于制度、文化、社会、经济的原因,农民工体育权利呈缺失状态,研究认为,造成这一现象的原因主要有自生性因素、制度缺陷性因素、文化龚断性因素;提出农民工体育权利回归策略有:自我回归策略、制度干预策略、话语转向策略。
The rural workers play more and more important roles in the development of economy and the urban construction. Rural workers are ignorant of sports rights due to the culture, policy, society and economy. This phenomenon is caused by the following factors： rural workers, policy limitation and culture monopoly. The strategies of self-awareness, policy interference, guidance of public opinion are pointed out in the paper.
