摘要
农村文化与农村经济、农村政治"三位一体",当前农村文化建设滞后逐步成为新农村建设的障碍。基于对70个县市的农村文化实证调查,本文认为当前农村文化发展滞后是投入不足、体制不顺、技术环境变化、社会结构转型等因素综合作用的结果。立足于农民群体的文化需求,本文提出了以保障文化发展权为核心的新农村文化建设目标,并探讨了为实现这一目标而应该采取的原则、策略和路径。
Rural cultur society. Nowadays, the e, .rural economy and rural politics are the main components of China＇s rural backward construction of rural culture is gradually becoming an obstacle to the construction of new rural areas. Based on the empirical investigation of 70 rural counties, the article suggests that the current backward construction of rural culture is a combined result of many factors, which are insufficient input, irrational institutions, the changing of technological environment and social restructure. Based on the cultural needs of farmers, a goal to protect the right of cultural development as the core of the new rural cultural construction is raised. At last, the article gives some advices on principles, tactics and ways to improving China＇s rural culture.
