摘要
农民体育权利缺失造成我国农村体育发展缺乏内在动力,影响农村体育可持续发展。认为:信息中断是造成农民体育权利缺失的主要原因。为实现农民体育权利的回归,提出:通过教育、培训,提高农民体育信息接收能力;通过集体维权平台,强化农民体育信息收集能力;构建话语转向体系,强化媒体对农村体育信息的多维传播;创新媒体传播话语,疏通农村体育信息传播渠道;建立农村体育监管体系,保障农村体育信息流通;重视人际传播效应,完善农村体育信息传播系统。
The lack or loss of peasants＇ sports right makes it lack internal motive force to develop rural sport in our country, which affects the sustainable development of rural sport. It believed that the interruption of information was the key cause to result in the lack or loss of peasants＇ sports right and put forward the countermoves for realizing the regain of peasants＇ sports right, which were as follows： enhancing peasants＇ ability to receive sports information through education and training; intensifying their ability to collect sports information through the platform of joint defense of right; setting up a shift system of discourse and strengthening media multi-dimensional dissemination of rural sports information; innovating discourse of media dissemination and dredging the channel of spreading rural sports information; establishing a supervisory system of rural sport to ensure the circulation of rural sports information; attaching importance to the effect of mutual dissemination and perfecting disseminativesystem of rural sports information.
