摘要
通过正交试验确定主料与辅料的用量,得出运动保健饮料的最佳配方:白砂糖10%,生理盐水+葡萄糖40 mL,芦荟汁20 mL,柠檬酸0.15%。并制得能够快速补充体力,促进机体代谢,缓解身体疲劳的芦荟运动保健饮料。通过2,6-二氯酚靛酚法测定饮料中维生素C含量,并用原子吸收分光光度法测定饮料中微量元素的含量。
The orthogonal experiment was used to fix the dosage of the main material and assisted material and finally found out the best prrdcription of the sport health care beverage: the refined cane sugar-10 %, the physiology brine and glucose-40 mL, the aloe sport health care beverage which could immediately complement the physical strength, promote the metabolism of the organism and relieve the body's fatigue. Through the 2,6-Dichlorophenol method, the content of the vitamine C in the beverage was measurated; by the use of atomic absorption spectrometry method, the minim element in the beverage was also measurated.
