摘要
现代远程教育工程应用效果取决于广大农村中小学教师的教学水平,面对急需培训的农村师资队伍,该文在分析现有农村教师培训模式基础上,提出通过构建Moodle平台来开展农村教师远程培训,从而解决现有培训模式中存在的规模有限、时空限制、交互性差等问题。
The effect of the application of modern distance education project rest with the teaching level of teachers who works for middle school or elementary school in rural areas. Confront the procession of rural teachers who urgent need to be trained, On the basis of analysis the rural teacher training pattern, this article said that constructing Moodle platform to carry out the distance training of teachers in rural areas would solve the problems which existed in training pattern, such as limited scale, time and space ,poor interactive .
