摘要
技术支持的教师专业发展在中国近十年基础教育信息化实践中存在着四种类型:政府主导的网络培训、民间合作的教学网站、政府引导的教育博客、以及教师个体的自主研修。这四种形式的历史角色、运作机制各不相同。通过回顾这四种类型的典型案例,也可以看出技术支持教师专业发展方式的多样性、受技术发展规律的影响以及技术在教师专业发展中所起的作用等特点,同时提醒我们注意不要盲目追逐新技术而应更重视技术的深化应用等问题。
During the ten years lately, there are four kinds of cases about Technology Enhanced Teacher's Professional Development in the practice of E-Education in China. They are government directing training based on web, Instructional website by teachers' cooperation, government guiding Web log for Teachers, self study by individual teacher. There are differences among the cases, such as the roles and the mechanism. By analyzing the cases, we can find the diversity of the ways of technology enhanced teacher professional development, the influence of the development of technology, and the function of technology in teacher professional development, we also find it is more important for us to focus on the deeper application of technology in education than on the new technology itself.
