摘要
依据鼠曲草所含的保健功能因子成分,以鼠曲草为原料,开发研制具有保健作用的鼠曲草保健茶,探索鼠曲草保健茶的加工工艺,并提出该保健茶冲泡建议为:2.5g茶叶用250mL沸水冲泡较佳。
Base on the health functional factor of Chapha liumaffine D.Don, studies the process of developing health tea with Chapha liumaffine D.Don, the processing technique is studied. The method of making health tea is suggested: the ratio between tea arid boiling water is 2.5 gram to 250 milliliter.
