摘要
利用NMMO技术溶解纤维素,并向纤维素溶液中添加无机填料制备成膜,研究了不同填料种类和添加量对纤维素包装膜力学性能的影响,比较了无机填料用硅烷偶联剂处理前后纤维素包装膜力学性能的变化。结果表明:SiO2、多孔沸石、CaCO3、和TiO2添加量(质量分数)分别为1.5%,1%,0.5%和0.1%时制备的无机充填纤维素包装膜的力学性能较好;1%硅烷偶联剂处理后的无机充填纤维素包装膜力学性能更好。
The technique and method of preparing cellulose packaging films filled with inorganic minerals were studied with NMMO as solvents. The effects of different types and content of minerals on proper ties were researched, and the mechanical properties of cellulose films were compared, when inorganic rain erals were treated with silane coupling agent. The results showed that the cellulose packaging films filled with mineral have excellent mechanical properties when the content of SiO2 is 1.5 % (mass ratio, the same after), the content of porous zeolite is 1%, the content of CaCO3 is 0.5%, and the content of TiO2 is 0. 1%. And the mechanical properties of cellulose packaging films were better with the minerals treated 1% silane coupling agent.
