Research Progress in Preparation and Application of NMMO Method Cellulose Film

摘要 针对塑料薄膜不易降解造成的“白色污染”问题,基于纤维素资源丰富、可再生的特性,提出N-甲基吗啉-N-氧化物(NMMO)新溶剂用于制备薄膜的思路。回顾了近年来NMMO法纤维素膜在制备工艺和改性与应用等方面的研究进展,并深入探讨了不同原料、制膜方法和工艺对纤维素膜性能的影响,讨论了NMMO法纤维素膜在分离、渗透和包装领域的应用,最后提出NMMO法纤维素膜工业化面临的技术挑战和难题,并对NMMO法纤维素膜的未来发展提出建议,期望推动NMMO法纤维素膜的跨越式发展。 Aiming at the problem of‘white pollution’caused by the difficult degradation of plastic film,based on the rich and renewable cellulose resources, a new solvent N-Methylmorpholine-N-oxide(NMMO) is proposed to prepare film. The application research progress of NMMO cellulose film in the preparation process, modification and application in recent years is reviewed. The effects of different raw materials, film production methods and processes is discussed deeply. The influence of cellulose film performance is discussed. The application of NMMO process cellulose film in the fields of separation, permeation and packaging is discussed. Finally, the technical challenges and problems faced by the industrialization of NMMO process cellulose film are proposed. Some suggestions on the future development of NMMO process cellulose film are put forward. It is expected to promote the leapfrog development of NMMO method cellulose film.
