摘要
结合教学实践,对农科院校基础化学实验中苯甲酸的合成实验,从药品的加入方式进行了探究,提出了适合学生进行的操作方式,增加了实验的安全性;最后,提出采用微型化实验,试剂用量大大减少,同时减少了相关辅助材料水、电的消耗,降低了实验成本,进一步提高了实验的安全性。产生的"三废"量很少,改善了实验环境,极大地减少了对环境的污染,符合绿色化学的理念,有利于节约型校园的建设。
With the combination of teaching practice discussed and a way for students to improve operation in the synthesis of benzoic acid, the way of the addition of regents was first and increase the safety of the experiment was proposed. Then, the regent consumption and related materials such as water, electricity consumption can be greatly reduced by using micro-experiment, which reduced the cost of experiments and improved the safety of experiment. The resulting "three wastes" was very little and improved the experimental environment, which was in accordance with the concept of green chemistry and useful for the building of a conservation-oriented campus.
