摘要
比较和讨论了制备对——二甲氨基苯甲酸PDBA的各种方法.确定以硫酸二甲酯为N——甲基化剂,对对氨基苯甲酸PABA进行N——二甲基化.通过正交试验和方差分析,发现:反应温度对收率有显著影响,从而确定了制备PDBA的具体工艺条件.
The methods of synthesis PDBA are discussed. It is ascertained that the PABA may be N-dimethylated using dimethyl sulfate as a methylation agent. By means of orthogohal test and analysis of variance, it is found that the reaction temperature would distinctly influence the yield, hence the. proper technological condition of synthesis PDBA is determined.
