摘要
研究了在无催化剂及以硫酸铜、金属铜、浓硫酸为催化剂的不同条件下 ,过氧化氢对苯甲醛的氧化反应。考察了苯甲醛和过氧化氢的摩尔投料比、温度、浓硫酸用量和反应时间对反应的影响。结果表明 :温度 6 0℃、反应时间 36 h、加浓硫酸 2滴 (以 2 5 m L苯甲醛为基准 )、投料比为 2时 ,苯甲酸的产率可达 86 .5 %。
This paper studied the oxidation reaction of benzaldehyde with hydrogen peroxide on the no catalyst,copper sulfate,copper and oil of vitriol. It also tested affection to the reaction,such as the mole dosage ratio of benzaldehyde and hydrogen peroxide, the temperature, oil of vitriol quantity and the time. The results showed that when the temperature was 60 ℃, reaction time was 36 h, two drops of oil of vitriol was added, and the dosage ratio was 2, the yield of benzoic acid went up to 85.6 %.
