摘要
以 3 0 %H2 O2 为氧源 ,Na2 WO4·2H2 O催化氧化苯甲醛制备苯甲酸。考察了H2 O2 用量 ,反应时间 ,催化剂和酸性添加物 (硫酸氢钠 )对苯甲酸收率的影响和在非酸性环境下 ,表面活性剂对苯甲酸收率的影响。结果表明 ,加入非离子表面活性剂能有效的提高苯甲酸的收率 ,特别是添加 β 环糊精 ,苯甲酸的收率达 90 .0 3 %。
Benzoic acid was synthesized via oxidation of benzaldehydes using Na 2WO 4 ·2H 2O as a catalyst. It was investigated that the effects of hydrogen peroxide dosage, the reaction time, the amount of catalyst and acidic additive (NaHSO 4·H 2O) on the yield of benzoic acid; the effect of surfactant on yield of benzoic acid was discussed in the acid-free system. Non-ionic surfactant can effectively improve the yield of benzoic acid, such as the yield reached 90.03% by β-CD.
