摘要
目的对菝葜药材合适的干燥方式进行研究。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,考察了不同的干燥方式对其薯蓣皂苷元含量测定结果的影响。结果原药材直接干燥再破碎较之趁鲜破碎再干燥,薯蓣皂苷元的含量有明显提高。结论干燥方式的不同对菝葜中薯蓣皂苷元的含量有显著影响。
Objective To study the effect of two kinds of drying methods on contents of diosgenin in Smilax china L. Methods - Drying in direct and in thin piece type of same crude drug were adopted and the content of diosgenin was determined by HPLC. Results The content of diosgenin dried in direct was higher than that in thin piece type. Conclusion The crude drug drying in direct is better than thin piece.
