摘要
目的以绿原酸含量为指标,比较不同产地加工的金银花品质。方法采用高效液相色谱法,使用Diamonsil TM C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;以乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(15∶85)为流动相;检测波长为327 nm;柱温30℃;流速1.0ml/min。结果蒸制后干燥的产地加工法优于直接干燥的加工方法。
Objective To compare the quality of Flos Lonicerae processed in different producing areas. Methods The content of ehlorogenie acid in Flos Lonicerae was determined by HPLC. DiamonsilTM C18 (250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used and the mobile phase was Aeetonitrile -0.4% Phosphoric acid ( 15: 85). The wavelength of detector was 327 nm,the column temperature was 30% and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. Results Steaming and oven drying were better than direct drying. Conclusion The content of ehlorogenie acid is different in the Flos Lonieerae processed by different processing in producing areas,
