摘要
目的探究干热烘制和湿热蒸煮制对珠子参中竹节参皂苷Ⅳa含量的影响。方法采用直接烘干、蒸制和煮制后烘干对珠子参进行炮制加工,以HPLC测定不同炮制品中竹节参皂苷Ⅳa的含量。结果相比直接烘干,蒸制和煮制烘干的珠子参中竹节参皂苷Ⅳa含量有降低。结论直接干燥对珠子参中竹节参皂苷Ⅳa含量影响不大,该方法适合珠子参药材的加工炮制。
Objective :To explore the influence of dry heat baking and damp heat cooking on the content of chikusetsu saponin IVa in Rhizoma panacis majoris(RPM). Methods:RPM was processed by direct drying and drying after steaming and cooking to determine the content of chikusetsu saponin Ⅳa by HPLC. Results:The content of chikusetsu saponin IVa processed by direct drying was lower than the content processed by steaming and cooking drying. Conclusion:The direct drying had little influence on the content of ehikusetsu saponin Ⅳa in RPM and is suitable for processing herbs.
