摘要
目的:采用可见分光光度法测定重楼中总皂苷含量,确定最优显色方法。方法采用高氯酸反应使薯蓣皂苷元显色,对影响显色反应的主要因素进行了考察,于408nm波长处对重楼中总皂苷的含量进行测定。结果重楼总皂苷在3.74-26.18μg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为101.1%,RSD为2.5%。结论:该方法简便、准确、灵敏,重复性良好,适用于重楼总皂苷的含量测定。
Objective : A method for the determination of total contents of saponin to decide optimization method by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Methods : The color reaction betwen perchloric acid and diosgenin and the main factors af- fecting the reaction were studied. The diosgenin in paris polyphyUa was then determined by spectrophotometry at 408 nm. Results : There was good linearity ( r = 0. 9998) during the range 3.74 - 26, 181μg · mL^-1. The average recovery was 101.1%, RSD was 2.5%, Conclusions : The method is simple,sensitive and accurate,and it can be used as a quantita- tive analytical method for Paridis.
