摘要
针对餐饮业油烟污染问题,阐述了餐饮油烟气的形成过程、危害以及目前国内市场上流通的几种油烟净化方法,并根据吐鲁番地区的实际监测情况对其进行探讨。
For soot pollution in the restaurant industry, the paper expounded the formation and endanger of gas fumes and several fume purification methods of the current domestic market circulation, and based on the actual monitoring datum of Turpan areas, the paper discussed problems.
