摘要
建立用分光光度法测定食品大蒜、菠萝、茶叶中锰含量的方法,锰的含量在0.5~5μg/mL范围内,吸收度与浓度成线性关系。线形方程为A=0.01427+0.07859c,相关系数r=0.9999。在实际样品中的回收率为90.9%~102.5%。该方法简单,准确,选择性好,不需对样品进行分离,适用于食品中微量锰含量的测定。
A new method for the determination of manganese in garlic, pineapple, black tea and green tea was determined. Manganese was determined at 540 nm, the absorbance is proportional to the concentration of Manganese in the range of 0.5-5 μg/mL. The linear regression equation obtained is A=0.01427+0.07859c(r=0.9999). The recovery in real sample is 90.9%-102.5%. The method is precise, selective, fast and needs no separation, and it is applicable to determine manganese in food.
