Continuous Determination of Metal Ions in Yellow Rice Wine by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要 用微波消化罐消化样品,以火焰原子吸收光谱法在同一系列体系中测定黄酒中微量铜、锌、铁、锰的方法。考察了硝酸、过氧化氢的不同用量以及消化时间长短的影响和在同一体系中铜、锌、铁、锰的彼此干扰情况。结果:检出限铜为0.0048!g/mL,锌为0.0062"g/mL,铁为0.0045#g/mL,锰为0.0081$g/mL,相对标准偏差为2.0%~4.5%,回收率为99.6%~102.1%。 Metal ions such as Cu, Zn, Fe and Mn in yellow rice wine in the same series of system were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry through the slaking of samples by microwave slaking pots. The effects of different use levels of nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide were studied. The slaking time and the mutual interference of those metal ions were investigated. The results showed: the detection limit: Cu as 0.0048 μg/mL, Zn as 0.0062 μg/mL,Fe as 0.0045 μg/mL, and Mn as 0.0081 μg/mL; the relative standard deviation as 2.0 %-4.5 %, and the recovery between 99.6 %- 102.1%.
