摘要
用硝酸 -高氯酸混合酸 (3+1)消化黄芪 ,在波长 2 79.5nm处 ,利用火焰原子吸收法测定黄芪中锰的含量。线性回归方程为A =0 .0 78 5 7c +0 .0 12 82 ,相关系数r=0 .999 6 ,线性范围为 1.5~ 4 .5 μg/mL ,检出限为0 .0 37 8μg/mL ,测定结果的相对标准偏差为 1.5 4 % ,加标回收率为 96 .0 %~ 10 6 .5 %。
The manganese in Huangqi was directly determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry after Huangqi being digested by HNO 3-HClO 4. The linear regression equation is A=0.07857c+0.01282, the correlative coefficient is 0.9996, the linear range is 1.5~4.5 μg/mL, the detection limit is 0.0378 μg/mL, the recovery is 96.0%~106.5% and the RSD is 1.54%.
