摘要
本文报告57例直肠癌用5－Fu和顺钻检钠肛，Lw型直肠温热治疗仪加热行直肠内温热化疗，治疗温度42～43℃。结果未能切除的晚期肿瘤病人平均生存12．7月，肿瘤切除组病理组织学光镜及电镜观察均见热化疗后癌细胞变性、坏死增生抑制，多种亚细胞结构受损。作者结合文献对治疗原理及疗效作了分析讨论。
57 cases with rectal cancer treated with 5-FU and Cisplatin Suppository combined healing intrarectally with Lw heater were reported in this paper. The treating degree was 42～43℃ for 30 minutes. The results showed that the survival time of the patients with unmovable tumor was 6～17 (m＝12. 7) months. The pathological changes showed necrosis, degeneration, hypoplasia and various lesions of subcellular structures in microscopically and submicroscopically.
