摘要
通过荧光显微镜观察,发现骨肉瘤细胞受到153Sm内照射作用后,可诱发明显的核断裂 和核固缩,以及以凋亡小体形成为特征的瘤细胞凋亡。同时揭示,经153Sm-EDTMP辐照后可 呈现出对骨肉瘤细胞的增生抑制效应。并随着辐照时间的延长,增生抑制率亦随之增升。
It was found that bone sarcoma cell nuclei after irradiated with 153Sm-EDTMP, displayed a significant nuclear fragmentation and a marked pyknosis. At the same time, the inhibition effect of proliferation in bone sarcoma cells after internal exposure with radionuclide 153Sm was also observed. With the prolongation of internal exposure time by 153Sm-EDTMP, the inhibition rate of proliferation in bone sarcoma cells increased progressively.
