摘要
通过调查目前高校社会体育专业发展中面临的问题、我国健身房私教的职业现状和存在问题,并对我国健身私教人才需求、社会体育专业本科教育对私教职业化建设的影响、社会体育专业培养健身私教人才的办学条件三方面进行分析,表明目前我国商业健身房对健身私人教练员需求量巨大,通过社会体育专业本科教育,是成为合格健身私教的有效途径,因此,社会体育专业培养健身私教人才是可行的。
Through the survey of the present status of personal training professionals in gyms as well as the problems occurred, the article examined the feasibility of cultivating personal training professionals in gyms in social sprots major in three aspects： the need of personal training professionals in gyms, the effect of four - year social physical college education on the professionalism of personal training professionals, and the requirements for nmning a school for training professionals under the social sports.In has been shown that,at present,there is a great need for the personal training professionals in profit- making gyms in China. However, the article claims that the effective way of being a qualified professional is to conduct college education with social sports among professionals in gyms. Based on this reason, it is feasible to conduct college education with social sports in cultivating personal training professionals.
