摘要
运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法,对我国社会体育专业的人才需求情况及其能力培养进行分析。结果显示:目前社会体育专业发展速度过快,国家没有为社会体育专业学生设立岗位,导致该专业的毕业生就业形势不乐观。因此,提出社会体育专业应根据社会需求,注重学生能力培养,以便更好地为全民健身事业服务。
This paper uses literature、questionnaire、logical analysis methods,the author analyzed social demand and capability cultivating of social sports specialty talented person,revealed the following findings：At present,There aren＇t the post for the graduate of social sports specialty in our country,so the employment situation for the graduates of that specialty is not optimistic.The author suggested that social sports specialty should,in accordance with social demand,pay attention to the graduates＇ capability cultivating,so as to serve nationwide fitness undertaking better.
