摘要
通过文献资料法、访谈法研究高等体育院校与体育类企业联合培养高素质健身人才的可行性,旨在为两者更好的培养高素质健身人才以及促使健身业可持续发展提供相应的参考。
The study uses the methods such as literature material method, interview method, aiming at discussing the feasibility of developing fitness elites with the coalition between sport universities and sport enterprises. And the study could provide reference in elites＇ development and it could promote sustainable development in fitness industry.
