摘要
将平衡记分卡系统应用到建筑企业绩效评价中,分析影响建筑企业绩效的财务、顾客、内部经营过程、学习与成长四个方面的绩效考核指标及其之间的因果关系,设计出建筑企业绩效评价的平衡记分卡地图。
This essay establishes a series of performance evaluation indexes of construction enterprise, which based on four points of balanced scorecard, that is finance, customer, internal business process, learning and growth. Then according to relationship of four aspects, designs the Balanced Scorecard map of performance evaluation of construction enterprise.
