摘要
文章分析了建筑企业绩效考核体系的特点及存在的问题,据此设计了建筑企业绩效考核体系,并提出了执行绩效考核体系的保障措施。
This paper analyzes characteristics and problems of performance appraisal system of construction enterprise and raises measures to implement performance appraisal system.
