摘要
提出了采用软系统方法论的调查学习范式研究高校教师绩效评价问题的观点,针对高校教师绩效评价问题的不良结构系统特性,分析了高校教师劳动的特殊性以及表现出来的价值观冲突,采用根定义的方法构建了高校教师绩效评价体系模型。
This paper advances the opinion on the problem of researching the performance assessment of university teachers by using the investigating and learning pattern of soft system methodology to, and in the light of the ill-structured system features of the performance assessment of university teachers, analyzes the particularities of the teacher labor and the exhibited Conflicts of value system, and establishes the university teachers performance assessment model by means of root definition.
