摘要
目的:观察中药六君子汤对小鼠免疫和造血功能的影响。方法:用注射给予环磷酰胺的方法建立小鼠白细胞减少症模型后,六君子汤灌胃给药15d,观察外周血白细胞、骨髓有核细胞数、淋巴细胞转化指数、网织红细胞以及细胞肿瘤因子(TNF)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)指标的变化。结果:与模型组比较,六君子汤各剂量组均可促进小鼠外周血白细胞、网织红细胞、骨髓有核细胞数、淋巴细胞转化指数、TNF、IL-6活性指标的恢复和升高,差异具有统计学意义。结论:六君子汤有显著改善机体免疫功能和刺激骨髓造血功能的作用。
Objective： To study the effects of LiuJunZi Decoction on function of immune system and bone marrow in mice. Methods： Leucopenia animal model was made by injection of cyclophosphamide. The LiuJunZi Decoction was administrated orally.The white blood cell（WBC） counts,reticulocyte count, the number of nucleated bone marrow cells（NNBMC）,T cell transformation indices（TCTI）, activity of tumor necrosis factor（TNF） and interleukin-6（IL-6） in blood of leucopenia mice after chemotherapy were observed respectivel. Results： WBC ,reticulocyte count, NNBMC and TCTI reduced remarkable, activity of TNF and IL-6 in blood were decreased obviously.These hematopoiesis indexes and the activity of TNF,IL-6 increased after oral administration of LiuJunZi Decoction. Conclusion： LiuJunZi Decoction can significantly ameliorate immune function and stimulate hematopoietic function in mice.
