摘要
抗瘤Ⅰ号（ＡＴ－Ⅰ）是临床抗肿瘤及肿瘤辅助治疗有效的中药胶囊剂，具有肯定的抑瘤效应及调节小鼠体内ＩＬ－２、ＩＬ－６产生和ＮＫ细胞活性的作用。为给其剂型改革提供依据，作者采用天然药物乙醇提取法获得ＡＴ－Ⅰ醇提物，并对该提取物与ＡＴ－Ⅰ对小鼠体内细胞因子产生进行了比较研究。
Antitumor Ⅰ(AT Ⅰ)is known as an effective traditional Chinese medicine to be used in combination with chemotherapeutic agents against tumor. It was demonstrated that AT Ⅰ could inhibit tumor growth and modulate IL 2,IL 6 and NK cell activities. In order to improve its preparation,we got the alcohol extract from AT Ⅰ(AEA Ⅰ) by using natural pharmaceutical alcohol extract method,and compared the effect of AEA Ⅰ on cytokins with that of AT Ⅰ.The results show that AEA Ⅰ has a good positive correlation with AT Ⅰ on IL 2 and IL 6 activities of mice in vivo.
